Back on July 22, while we were having that long heat wave in the valley, I went up to Lassen Volcanic National Park, near the road way summit is Lake Helen, it was still frozen over, then I returned for a camping trip on August 19, check out the difference!
Yes that's snow and Lake Helen is still frozen over!
